How long and how often are your sessions?

Our sessions are weekly, hour-long sessions with a regular slot.

Where are your sessions held?

They are currently all online – mainly over Zoom.

How many sessions do I need to pay for at once?

Our sessions are paid for, monthly in advance. Invoices are sent out 10 days before the end of the month and payment is taken on the 1st of the month.

Can I cancel my sessions?

Sessions are non-refundable but, of course, you can cancel your next months sessions via email at office@twtutorsltd.com anytime before the 23rd of the month.
